1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, providing accurate and current information, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. License
When you purchase a premium indicator, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your personal, non-commercial trading. The license is bound to the TradingView username you provide at checkout.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product; reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the product; use the product to build a competing service; or remove or alter any copyright notices.
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. Payments
All payments are made in USDT on the blockchain network specified at checkout. Payments are processed manually and verified by us. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you have sent the exact amount to the displayed wallet address, that the transaction hash (TXID) you provide is authentic, and that you own the funds used.
We reserve the right to reject any payment that cannot be verified. Approvals are typically processed within a few hours but may take longer.
5. No refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges under any circumstances.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the Site for illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Site’s operation, upload malicious code, scrape or bulk-download content, or impersonate others.
7. Intellectual property
All content, code, design, logos, and materials on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. No part may be reproduced without permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless l00t.xyz and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your license to use purchased products also terminates.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
